The Institute conducts professional development for educators to help maximize the use of the lesson plans in the classroom and increase student engagement in the areas of diversity, social emotional learning (SEL), and environmental studies. We offer a comprehensive coaching program that includes:

• Designing and planning sessions to integrate the lesson plans into educators’ weekly/month themes;
• Reviewing student weekly learning worksheets;
• Exploring strategies for maximizing student engagement in the classroom
• Expanding educators’ options for guiding their students to develop sustainable career pathways.
